This is day 3 of the 30 day challenge with Leslie Saeta, I know I won’t be doing the whole thirty days since I have several shows to prepare for. Toe is another in my series of dance photos. This image was done on Canvas and charcoal. Really tough to work on but I think a little experimentation is needed. I love the work of Robert Longo and Joseph Piccillo both either did a mounting of paper on canvas or charcoal on canvas. I really like my work on canvas. Can’t make too many mistakes though.
Dance is freedom, expression grace and just plain beautiful. Enjoy!
